Chelsea is an adventurous entrepreneur and talent partner. She attributes her obsession with candidate experience and company culture to her midwestern roots. Grounded in warmth and transparency, her recruiting styles have helped attract and retain top talent across several Boston businesses. She’s an excellent communicator and listener, and often uses her background in psychology and industry experience to help clients outline and prioritize their needs. Years of full-cycle experience taught Chelsea how to roll with the punches, prioritize accordingly, and communicate effectively, all while giving the candidate the best experience possible. Leveraging her deep passion for hospitality, she is able to create a memorable experience for each candidate she interacts with.
Built her own boutique-style employment agency and found her passion in developing modern, science-backed talent strategies. During this time, she provided staffing for hundreds of families in Boston, searching high and low for unicorn nannies, nurses, and private educators, advocating for all clients’ and nannies’ needs. Four years in she was approached by a national agency about an acquisition. Today, Chelsea brings her knowledge of process management and talent acquisition to every company she partners with.

Chelsea loves hosting friends and making amazing dinners, running with her husband (she’s run dozens of half-marathons and the Boston Marathon twice!) She also enjoys stand-up comedy, true-crime podcasts, and travel. She’s done a couple of laps around the world for work and play, and she believes the best parts of travel are new experiences and food—no question!
