More than 20 years as an executive leader and professional coach in government, retail, manufacturing and healthcare.

Education/Specialized Training

Beth has a master’s degree in organizational development and a bachelor’s in communication.

She was certified by the Coaches Training Institute in 2005 and is also credentialed through the International Coaching Federation.  

Personal

Beth lives in Virginia with her husband and two children. Prior to joining Innovative Connections, Beth and her family took a year to travel the world.
