Role Summary (but not limited to)

The Marketing and Content Coordinator will serve as a support resource to both our Product/ Service/Content Leader as well as the Business Development/Promotions Leader. This role includes the critical functions of:

  • Organizing and formatting of leadership development content
  • Partnering with internal and external resources to attain program accreditations
  • Assisting with the development of business proposals for both new and existing clients
  • Development of program training materials including layout and graphic design elements to bring visual clarity to our content and marketing
  • Support with ordering and printing of our published books and materials
  • Research and submission of speaking proposals for the team’s consultants
  • Development of presentations for speaker engagements (videos/PowerPoints)
  • Support social media strategies
  • Updating WordPress webpage

 

Talents and Qualities

  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat), and WordPress
  • Experience with posting to social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Strong English grammar, composition, proofreading, and copy-editing abilities
  • Discipline in working remotely thus self-directed, responsible and demonstrates high integrity
