Individualized Development Coaching

 

Development coaching is an experiential and individualized opportunity that builds the coachee’s ability to realize goals and be more effective day to day. We will design a personalized coaching program to meet your leaders’ where they are in support of their individual growth and development.

Development coaching includes:

  • 6 months of one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Hogan personality and leadership competency assessments
  • Leadership-coach triad conversations
  • Assignments to practice new skills

Individualized Performance Coaching

 

When a leader’s performance falters, coaching can be a pivotal intervention to get back on track or reach clarity that a change is needed. A performance coach helps the coachee and their leader agree on goals for improvement, then guides the coachee towards achieving these goals.

Performance coaching includes:

  • 6 months of one-on-one coaching sessions (frequency is determined by the coach, the coachee and the coachee’s leader)

Group Coaching

 

Group coaching is a powerful development opportunity for teams and/or work groups just forming or those tackling new challenges. Group coaching provides the opportunity to enhance every individual and their collective capacity.

Group coaching includes:

  • Monthly group coaching sessions (six to twelve months)
  • Leadership competency assessment for each individual
  • Assigned accountability partners
  • Assignments to practice new skills
  • Introduction to emotional and cultural intelligence concepts

The Conscious Coach-Signature Program

 

The Conscious Coach is designed to develop a cadre of skilled internal coaches. These coaches can be deployed throughout the organization to support existing and emerging leaders.

Format customized for your needs:

  • Cohorts of up to 20 participants
  • Orientation session, pre-work, and assessments
  • Onsite and/or virtual group workshops
  • ICF certified for those leaders wanting to be a Certified Coach through the ICF portfolio program
