Innovative Connections is seeking a Leadership Consultant/Facilitator with skills and knowledge leading and facilitating teams. The primary responsibility of this individual will be to direct and guide leaders through our signature leadership development programs including Conscious Leader and Conscious Coach (including associated personality, EQ and other assessments linked to the program). The position also offers room to grow into an expanded OD role.

The position is remote, but Colorado based, with up to 50% travel required (travel needs currently varying due to COVID-19). The successful candidate must have experience with leadership theory and application, teaching/facilitating organizational development and leadership/team coaching. We are open to flexible work arrangements including full-time, part-time, job share, time off, etc.

Innovative Connections is seeking a client support services specialist. This position is integral in keeping our projects and processes organized and running smoothly. The successful candidate will be highly organized, energetic, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. The primary responsibilities of this individual include:

  • Serving as a support resource for the outcomes of client service delivery.
  • Partnering with account managers, leaders, and co-leads to support client facing work Managing leadership assessments for clients.
  • Supporting client and data reporting needs.
  • Acting as a “librarian” for client/consultant needs.
  • Assuming the role of project manager for client signature programs including Conscious Leader, a 6-month leadership development program.
  • Coordinating programs and services including scheduling meetings, gathering necessary information and resources, typing notes and tracking progress.

The position is remote, but Colorado based. It is a part-time to full-time position, but it is a  flexible position that can be created to meet the needs of the right candidate.

Innovative Connections is seeking a Zoom Producer/Facilitator. This position is essential for us to seamlessly offer our programs remotely. The successful candidate will be highly organized, energetic, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Job requirements:

  • Must be familiar and skilled with the Zoom platform (scheduling meetings, managing breakout rooms, polls, participant window, and chat box, etc.).
  • Must be willing to accept flexible working hours (they will not be set/the same every week), however, they will have at least 24 hours’ notice (more likely a month). They will likely know of calls they’ll need to be on weeks, or even months in advance. 
  • Will sometimes be expected to manage Breakout Rooms, the chat box, and present slide deck at the same time when facilitating calls in the Zoom platform. 
  • Will need to be responsive to emails and other sorts of communication during working hours.
  • May be on a single call from anywhere between 30 minutes to 8 hours (with scheduled breaks throughout).

 

The position is remote, but Colorado based, and will be 20-25 hours per week (some weeks will be higher, some lower as our work and clients’ needs ebb and flow).
