Why in the world would you want to take a personality assessment? Let’s face it, you, like everyone else, have insecurities, so why would you want to answer questions that open yourself up to being analyzed? Their goal is to hire candidates who are a good fit for long-term employment with their organization, so they assess how you would interact with their teams, fit into their culture, and adapt to their workstyle environment.
