Terri Runyan, MS Certified Malcolm Baldridge Examiner
Terri brings over 27 years of experience working in organizational and leadership development. She offers a broad base of experience in developing teams and implementing strategy and change initiatives. These include: leading, managing, coaching, mentoring and developing individuals, teams, executive councils and boards.
Over the course of her career, she has led teams through the MAGNET process and assisted them in achieving and maintaining certification. She is also an examiner at the State level for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and brings extensive knowledge of the Baldrige criteria.
Her background ranges from work in the healthcare industry, government and private sectors, as well as, education. She has also supported non-profits and small businesses as they seek to implement strategic efforts to improve outcomes and effectiveness. With strength in team development, Terri has a unique ability to develop and merge interdisciplinary strategies and partner with leaders and teams towards successful execution. She also brings strong leadership development skills including coaching and training.
Her current project efforts include designing, integrating and implementing key client strategies in alignment with Malcolm Baldrige, development of shared leadership structures, extensive team development at a department and senior leadership level, leader coaching and leadership development training.
Terri has a master’s degree in the Science of Management. She is a certified Malcolm Baldridge examiner, Team Trainer, DiSC facilitator, MBTI administrator, CAP (Change Acceleration Process) facilitator, and certified coach. She lives in Colorado and has 3 adult children. She enjoys yoga, running, socializing and cooking.
