Gail is an accomplished leader with broad experience in both the public and private sectors. She understands the complexities of both large and small organizations, as well as, higher education academic environments. She has spent the majority of her career working in healthcare organizations including both human healthcare and veterinary medicine. She is a well-respected professional with a proven ability to understand business needs, develop strategy, build high performance work teams, implement change initiatives and accomplish organizational goals.
As a visionary leader, Gail brings expertise and knowledge of organizational behavior and performance. She focuses on cultivating positive energy and building trusting relationships to enhance an organization’s human capital asset- its people! She has vast experience developing teams, implementing change initiatives and streamlining operations. Throughout her career, she has mentored numerous leaders and provided leadership development learning opportunities both in the classroom and in real time. Gail works with organizational leaders to determine strategic fit and direction.
Gail holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, Master’s degree in Public Administration and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). Gail loves spending time with her family, coaching youth sports teams and enjoys all the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer.
