At Innovative Connections, coaching is a foundational element of our organization. Our coaches are trained, certified and master’s level accredited. All our coaches have masters degrees and many of our coaches hold doctorate degrees. These coaches assist clients in defining and moving forward towards their goals through development of actions.
Coaching is highly progressive and we have found it to be a pivot strategy in achieving breakthrough outcomes and results. We offer individual coaching and group based coaching with a focus on high performing leaders and talent. We also work with employees who are not performing to expectations in order to support their enhanced success.
